FLANAGAN KRRRRISP KRAUT NAMED THE OFFICIAL SAUERKRAUT OF CAMP RANDALL STADIUM AND THE KOHL CENTER
Bear Creek, Wis.– The Great Lakes Kraut Company, the world’s largest producer of sauerkraut
and the only manufacturer producing and selling sauerkraut in the state of Wisconsin,
announced today that it has entered into an exclusive sponsorship deal with the University of
Wisconsin—Madison.
The terms of the three-year agreement have named Flanagan Krrrrisp Kraut as the official
sauerkraut of Camp Randall Stadium and the Kohl Center where it will now be available in all
concessions stands and suites. Flanagan Krrrrisp Kraut is the Great Lakes Kraut Company’s
leading brand and the #1 brand of refrigerated sauerkraut sold in the United States.
“As a University of Wisconsin—Madison alumnus, I’m thrilled that Flanagan Krrrrisp Kraut is
now a part of the Badger tradition,” said Ryan Downs, co-owner of Great Lakes Kraut.
According to Downs, Flanagan Krrrrisp Kraut has a strong history of supporting athletics in the
state of Wisconsin. Today, Flanagan Krrrrisp Kraut is the official sauerkraut of Green Bay’s
Lambeau Field, Camp Randall Stadium, and the Kohl Center.

pleased that they will be a part of the season-long celebration at the newly renovated Camp
Randall Stadium,” said Vince Sweeney, UW senior associate athletic director.

Stadium and the Kohl Center,” said Joe Carney, UW athletics concession manager. “Sauerkraut

two of the premier sports venues in the state.”
